Launched in 2012, the Brighton & Hove Living Wage Campaign aims to encourage local businesses to voluntarily pay all employees a decent hourly rate.

Set independently and updated annually the Living Wage is calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK and is the amount that allows a person to live, rather than just survive.

From the minute we heard about the campaign Digital Tactics were behind it and have committed to paying the Living Wage to its Employees both now and in future.

We’re very proud to be among the first 100 companies to sign up to the Living Wage scheme in Brighton and Hove, and would encourage others to do so too.
