Travel Nation are travel experts specialising in every aspect of Round The World trip planning. They have experienced rapid growth over recent years and were expending hundreds of staff hours each year performing manual tasks across a variety of industry specific management platforms.

One such labour-intensive task, the manual assignment of credit card payments, was identified for automation by Travel Nation’s management team who engaged Digital Tactics to build a system which migrated live payment data to their existing back office system.

This improved process is far less prone to Human error, has saved Travel Nation hundreds of staff hours each year whilst scaling to meet increased demand as the business grows.
