We are at World Summit AI in Amsterdam on 7 and 8 October, as an Accelerator Partner at the tenth edition. You will find us on stand S17 in The Accelerator, at Taets Art & Event Park. We are not speaking this year, so we have both days free to talk properly.
Here is what we are bringing, and what we are hoping to get out of it.
SOSX
SOSX®: System-of-Systems for X is our platform for AI-enabled systems thinking. It is built for the kind of question that does not fit on a whiteboard: whole ecosystems of interacting systems, their feedback loops, and the behaviour that emerges when you put them together.
It works as a five-phase pipeline (Scope, Research, Parameterise, Analyse, Report) run by thirteen specialised AI agents. You give it a broad question, it breaks that into component questions, sends an agentic research team at the academic and grey literature, maps the reinforcing and balancing flows it finds, then parameterises the model and optimises against it. Results export into nine MBSE tools and formats. It is in live trials with a large global aerospace manufacturer.
It supports the decision. The human stays in the chair.
That last point matters more than any feature. SOSX is not there to make the call. It is there so that the person making the call has done the reading, can see the loops, and knows which assumptions the answer rests on.
Customer Compass
Customer Compass is our AI decision agent for Xero, live in the UK since July 2026 at customercompass.ai. It reads what is happening in a small business's accounts and turns it into decisions the owner can act on, rather than another dashboard to interpret. The research we lead
Alongside the products, we lead GreenCode, an ITEA programme on making software energy use a first-class quality metric rather than an afterthought discovered in production. It is building a closed-loop, AI-automated pipeline for optimising the software organisations already run.
What we want from the two days
We are going to listen more than we pitch. Specifically we want to find:
- Organisations with a systems problem too tangled to model by hand
- People working on the energy cost of AI inference, from either end
- Potential partners for European research consortia
- First-hand accounts of what AI has and has not done for your organisation
